Victor

Played by Antonio Bustorff

A rival who turns stolen cannabis into a demand for access to the Glass business.

Biography

Victor leads an independent crew and receives cannabis stolen from the Glass farms. He is less interested in a one-off theft than in forcing the established operation to recognize him as a partner.[1][2][3]

The Gentlemen

Season 1

Reveal Season 1 story spoilers

The published TVmaze appearance record lists Victor in Episode 2x03, all in Season 2, and records no Season 1 credit. This is the scope of that retrieved credit record; no unseen Season 1 activities or earlier-life events are invented here.[5]

Season 2

Reveal Season 2 story spoilers

After Ned delivers the stolen product, Victor obtains information about Bobby’s business, contacts Susie, and demands a meeting before returning the stock. He kills Ned and criticizes the idea that merely stealing from Bobby will produce lasting profit. At the meeting, he offers to solve the Glass workforce’s problems, belittles Bobby’s present influence, and asserts his leverage. Eddie has arranged precision gunfire against Victor’s men. With the balance abruptly reversed, Susie orders Victor to return the cannabis.[1][2][3]

Personality

Reveal story spoilers

Victor’s calculation is opportunistic and status-seeking: he uses a workplace dispute to demand a place in an established enterprise. Killing Ned while describing respect as the route to business exposes the coercion behind that language. His confidence also leads him to underestimate the organization’s remaining force.[1][2][3]

Notes

Reveal story spoilers

The recaps establish his dealings and defeat; they do not supply a verified final fate after the stock is returned. The actor/role pairing is corroborated by the Episode 3 cast listing.[1][2][3]
